Terms of Service

NEKS provides ready-made AI agents — such as Kolin, Kai and Remy — that we build, deploy and manage on your behalf. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and is currently in early access, which means features may change and availability is limited.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Fees, billing period and included usage are shown when you subscribe. Prices are a starting point and heavier usage may scale from there.
• Subscriptions renew for the stated period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messaging, or violate the rules of connected platforms (such as WhatsApp or Instagram).
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
• Misrepresent an AI agent as a licensed professional (for example legal, medical or financial advice).

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide (“Customer Data”). You grant NEKS the rights needed to host and process it to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary consents from your own customers and for how you use the agent’s outputs, including compliance with applicable privacy and consumer laws. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI agents generate responses automatically and can make mistakes or produce inaccurate information. The Service is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing important actions — such as confirming bookings, prices, orders and payments — and a human on your team can take over a conversation at any time.

NEKS and its software, agents, branding and content are owned by NEKS and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEKS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to NEKS in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Service or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
